After retiring from a regional multifamily construction firm in 2018, Brent Osborn partnered with Mike Bowden to found Bowden Contractors, LLC. The duo had previously built a strong professional relationship and a lasting friendship while collaborating on two major multifamily developments. Mike had long envisioned expanding his family’s portfolio through dedicated multifamily development and construction—a vision realized with the launch of Bowden Contractors, LLC, and Bowden Development, LLC. Since its inception, the firm has built two premier Class A multifamily communities for its portfolio, executed comprehensive renovations on two major Bowden-owned properties, and successfully completed third-party renovations for 11 affordable multifamily communities.
